Add fat. Adding fat to your coffee is delicious. We absolutely agree, but it’s not the only reason to do so. Adding fat can help fuel your body and brain while curbing the caffeine crash. Some fats like Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) help your body absorb the nutrients in coffee, like caffeine, while mitigating the glucose spike often caused by these nutrients. This delivers a sustainable energy without the huge crash. Since our brains can utilize fat for energy adding fat can help with that focus boost. Don’t like the creamy taste? No problem.
