How we're responding to COVID-19.
We're intent on making sure everyone gets their order in a timely fashion during this pandemic, while also ensuring the safety of our employees, vendors and customers.
We have a small crew fulfilling most orders from our NM fulfillment center, and our two man crew are vigilant in sanitizing high touch surfaces, frequent handwashing, maintaining social distancing when possible, and utilizing PPE.

Shipping timelines are experiencing vast delays across the board. While we strive to make sure everybody is getting their orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee ANY quoted shipping times, including FedEx/UPS 2 day or Next Day shipments. Please refer below to the FAQs for further details on processing, order splitting and shipping times.
Please note, all orders from now until the end of December are subject to 1-2 additional processing days prior to shipping.
We recommend ordering prior to December 15th via Ground shipping for the best chance to receive your order by Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL PEEPS: International shipping is A MESS right now. We're unable to guarantee any transit times for international shipping and USPS is quoting some packages as taking MONTHS to arrive at their destination. We recognize that this is super unfortunate. Please please please email us prior to placing an international order so we can go over options with y'all.

I only placed one order. Why did I get two boxes?
We fulfill products through different fulfill centers, including our Amazon store. This allows us to offer more competitive shipping rates to everybody! All orders containing multiple products are subject to splitting into multiple shipments unless otherwise advised. Hit us up if you have any questions!
Just placed my order. WHERE IS IT?
We typically ship all orders placed before 12 PM MST on the same day. However, all orders are subject to a processing time of 1 business day. If for some reason, we experience a delay and are unable to process your order in a timely manner, we’ll communicate the delay with you as soon as we can.
Do I need to use a mortar and pestle for these here beans?
We offer one pre-ground option: Mammoth Plus. It is pre-ground due to the addition of 3% MCT per serving. This is a precision grind, and will work great for a coffee maker, pour over or French press.
THAT BEING SAID, let us know if you want us to grind your whole bean option and we’ll be happy to do so! Please leave a note in the comments section of your order with the type of device you use, and we’ll grind it then send it out.

Our shipping options outline the basic timeline for your order. If you place your order before 12 PM on a business day, we’ll probably get it out that same day! If not, it’ll for sure go out the next business day (unless it doesn't...but we'll let you know if that's the case).

How does the free shipping promo work?
Great question! Enter the code FREESHIPPING at checkout, and we'll give you free shipping. It's as simple as that. Please note, selecting a shipping service will not guarantee that service if you're using the free shipping code. We'll do our best, but more than likely, it'll go via our standard shipping service (4-10 business days). As always, orders over $50 automatically qualify for free shipping, but you must select the free shipping option at checkout. Same service speed as outlined above!
